Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify medical billing leads
- Contact physician practices and administrators
- Schedule revenue assessment calls
- Maintain HubSpot CRM activity
- Follow CoMed sales scripts and follow-up cadence
- Support proposal and onboarding handoff
Contract Remote Biller Responsibilities
- Submit and monitor claims
- Post payments and adjustments
- Work denials and appeals
- Follow up on aging A/R
- Document claim status updates
- Support clean billing workflows
